******Turnaround ******

At the moment turnaround is 14-21 working days depending on stock levels and whether i need to order item in ready to be personalised.

**Coronavirus**

As of 1/08/2020, everything is getting bit back to our old normal. With post offices and suppliers. There’s still delays with Royal Mail in some areas.

If complete lockdown happens again and my suppliers stop shipping stock or post offices close then as soon as we come out of lockdown your items will be upgraded and shipped 1st class signed for!

Please bare with me as I am working as fast as I can to get orders shipped! there will be NO refunds if post offices close as this is out of my control and I will have already bought stock in and personalised!

During busy periods! I.e Christmas, Easter etc Turnaround could increase but i will always communicate this on instagram and facebook.

If you need an item sooner, message via the links on my website or on social media and i will do my best to try and accommodate this. 

***We cannot accept requests nor changes once an order has been placed.

 If an option is left unanswered or unmarked I will try and contact you! If no success after 7 days i will refund your order.

Once an order is placed there are no cancellations or refunds!
